ABOUT FRANK:
As a lifetime resident of Wichita, I have dedicated over 30 years of my life to the Real Estate profession. Working with both buyers and sellers, approximately half of my annual business involves assisting families who are relocating to the Wichita area.
I have been with Plaza Real Estate, Inc. since joining the company in 1988. The majority of my business is concentrated in the Northeast Wichita/Andover area but I have extensive knowledge of West Wichita/Maize and Southeast Wichita/Derby and the Lake communities North of the city.
I enjoy working with a wide range of properties and people, from starter homes to executive estates, first time buyers to seasoned home buyers. This diversity allows me to assist relocation buyers find the perfect community, the opportunity to help an experienced buyer with the purchase of a dream home as well as the ability to work with first time buyers to find the ideal starter home. It is a goal of mine to lead the industry in the e-marketing of homes; though I utilize several avenues for marketing, the Internet is by far my favorite.
